You can also share your mental health scores and your other progress indicators. This feature was built to help you feel accountable during your journey.

If you're working with a practitioner or a coach, have them send you a request and start connecting on the Wise Mind Nutrition app.

We follow all of our private practice clients and can offer support while they start eating food for mood and brain health.

After reviewing their logs, we can notify them that we've taken a look.

Chat features allow for ongoing communication about journal entries or anything else worth discussing if two people follow each other.
