No doubt trying to navigate the tricky food terrain is tough. Having mental health challenges complicates the task of eating. You want to feel your best but your current eating patterns are not helping you get there.


I’ve had my fair share of trial and error before becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in 2013. Through my practice, Nutrition in Recovery – a group practice of RDNs specializing in the treatment of eating and substance use disorders –  I learned how necessary it is to teach nutrition in a gentle way so that it can be sustained over time.  

My method has been incorporated at more than fifty mental health treatment centers in Southern California and worldwide. Now, I want to share everything with you and your loved ones.
